Geal Charn (Monadh Liath), map 35; 31st Aug 2003, 15th Aug 2009 & 29th July 2017

Route: 630m = 2070' ascent; 2½hrs – 3½hrs; 8.0 miles
Route (with Corbett): 830m = 2720' ascent; 6 hrs; 11.5 miles


Access: From Laggan take road towards Garva.
Route: A straight-forward path. It may be more interesting to start at Spey Dam, take the track N up Glen Markie and ascend via the north slope of the corrie.
Those considering attempting the Corbetts may like to include Meall na h-Aisre.
